CEJ Capital holds equity in companies we helped scale. Our capital is operating expertise, infrastructure and time, and we invest our own money, not yours.
THE MODEL

Systems, software, pricing, operations and the people who’ve done it. Through EVRT, we build the infrastructure a company needs to scale.
- WHAT WE TAKE
A minority stake, typically 10–30%, or a royalty arrangement, earned through the work and sometimes alongside capital.
- WHAT WE DON’T DO
We don’t raise funds. We don’t manage outside capital. We don’t take control positions. We don’t leave.
